  1`-2 days to order for new screen on Galaxy S5, turned into 3, then gave me some silly story of the phone being twisted so the phone had to stay in the £5 protective case I bought for it at a market stall. The screen was very dim, even on manual full brightness setting, and even at full sensitivity manual setting the touch screen was almost unusable. The attitude of the shop staff was basic polite, but felt like they could not care less about thier customers. At no time did I receive an apology or any real customer service empathy for the delay. So I'm not even bothing to waste more time with the issues. I personally have changed 2 iphone screens myself which cost about £30 with a fitting tool kit. These guys charged £125 which a customer paid as her child broke the screen. I'll advise her not to use this store again, and I would not recommend it. Do it yourself or go somewhere else.!!!

  Very pleased with the service here. I came here to get my phone screen fixed, was ordered in for the next day & took an hour to be done. Not to mention £30 cheaper than Timpsons!!
